Foreclosures UP
The Real Estate turmoil reached the Florida Keys. For the first time foreclosures outnumber sales. This might be a chance for buyers or a sign to wait a little longer. It is definitely a scary situation.

Sell High is currently no option - if you're not selling gas, that is. But the time to Buy Low is approaching ... Vacant Land is very scarce in the Keys. The only chance is redevelopment of previous occupied land, with permits in place and/or using the current crunch to one's advantage. Most "low-ball-offers" are still better than buying out a foreclosure.
